This year Marathon Pipe Line is promoting a challenge with their employees which will ultimately promote better healthy lifestyles.  The challenge is "The Biggest Winner" an overall company weight loss contest which hopefully results in healthier employees which in turn will result in more productive employees.  Way to go Marathon! Why did you decide to join IAAP?  Why did you choose your particular chapter home?  Did you have a friend who joined and talked you into doing it? Did you think it might get you a better job evaluation at review time? Did you believe the available networking might help you land a job – or a better one? [more]

I am surprised that I am seeing the 70/70 membership advertised to include chapters and divisions on the IAAP site as well as on Linked-in.  I had the understanding that it was up to the individual chapters and divisions to participate.  Our chapter will only be two-years-old next week and we cannot afford to give up the chapter dues for new member [more]
